125 GOLDEN YEARS

This beautiful photographic book is an extensive collection of photos over the last 125 years of local businesses that occupied the buildings along Main Street, West Wyalong and Neeld Street, Wyalong.

Some started from a simple tent during the first Gold Rush, like the Bank of New South Wales, and the current buildings today. The book depicts the changes and their uses over time.

The Main Street in West Wyalong is also known by its nickname the "Crooked Mile", as it was built around gold diggings and tree stumps. This gave a unique bend in the road, dividing the Main Street into two sections.

125 Golden Years Book

Copies can be purchased for $40 plus postage, by completing our Order form.

A great investment and a beautiful gift.
